El momento más gracioso llega cuando, revisando el inventario, aparece un pájaro muerto guardado 'por si acaso', dejando claro que en el apocalipsis zombie cualquier cosa puede ser útil (o al menos eso queremos creer).
Antes de la acción, pasamos por la rutina diaria de supervivencia: lavar ropa, hacer ejercicio sobrecargado hasta reventar, dormir con alarma para no perder el ritmo del día, desayunar helado como en los viejos tiempos y planear la logística para el día siguiente. Todo esto mientras reflexionamos sobre lo mucho que ha cambiado el juego respecto a versiones anteriores, sobre todo en la durabilidad de las armas improvisadas.
Después toca ir a pie hasta la gasolinera para saquear cadáveres, evitar el olor a putrefacción y recoger munición extra, con la tensión constante de la cuenta atrás antes de que se corte la luz y el agua. Un episodio con mucho humor, algo de ansiedad de supervivencia y la icónica escena de la escopeta enfundada estilo cine de terror ochentero.
