It's been 15 years since the outbreak of Ultra Flares on the sun that caused Spark Dolls sleeping on Earth to materialize as monsters. A rampaging monster appears while Daichi Ozora, a member of the Xio defense unit created to fight monsters, is conducting Cyber Monster experiments. Daichi then hears a mysterious voice from his multi-device. Guided by it, he unites with a giant of light to battle the monster. It's the birth of Ultraman X!
