Pemerintah: Penguji UU TNI Tidak Punya Kedudukan Hukum

Hal itu disampaikan Supratman sebagai perwakilan pemerintah untuk menyampaikan keterangan dalam sidang lanjutan UU TNI di Mahakam Konstitusi (MK), Jakarta, Senin (23/6/2025).
Menurut Supratman, para pemohon uji UU TNI berasal dari kalangan organisasi masyarakat sipil, hjingga mahasiswa tidak memiliki hubungan langsung dengan substansi UU yang digugat.
Supratman juga menyebut para pemohon bukan addressat atau pihak yang dituju oleh undang-undang UU TNI.
Serta bukan pula pegawai di instansi sipil yang berpotensi dirugikan dengan diperluasnya kesempatan militer untuk menduduki jabatan sipil.
