Dabei stürzte die Person in die Alster, und geriet unter den Anleger und stirbt. Die Feuerwehr Hamburg löste Großalarm aus, und entsandte diverse Einsatzkräfte, U.a die DLRG und zur Einsatzstelle. Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt in Hamburg bereits zwei weitere Einsätze mit Wasserrettung liefen, musste die FEZ die Einsatzkräfte zusammen stückeln. U.a wurden Taucher per Rettungshubschrauber eingeflogen, um eine schnelle Suche & Rettung einleiten zu können. Zeugen und Angehörige wurden vom Kriseninterventionsteam betreut.
In diesem Video sind Alarmfahrten der Berufs & Freiwilliger Feuerwehr Hamburg, der DLRG und der Polizei Hamburg zusehen.
