LUFTHANSA/TAP: Milliardendeal öffnet den Weg nach Südamerika – Spohr sieht neue Chancen in BrasilienLufthansa steigt für gut eine Milliarde Euro bei der portugiesischen Fluggesellschaft TAP Air Portugal ein. Der Konzern übernimmt zunächst 44,9 Prozent der Anteile, später könnten bis zu fünf weitere Prozent hinzukommen. Dann würde der Kaufpreis auf rund 1,2 Milliarden Euro steigen. Der portugiesische Staat behält zunächst die Mehrheit. Mit dem Einstieg will Lufthansa vor allem ihr Streckennetz nach Südamerika stärken. Konzernchef Carsten Spohr sieht dort zusätzliche Wachstumschancen – insbesondere in Brasilien.
