En 2008 se convirtió en reportera de guerra para varios medios de comunicación nacionales y europeos. Ha recorrido más de diez conflictos bélicos (Georgia, Afganistán, Malí/Sahel, Túnez, Egipto, Libia, Siria, Irak, Venezuela, Colombia, Israel y Palestina), por los que ha sido reconocida con una decena de premios, como el IRIS de la Academia de TV o el Gremme Preis de Alemania.Desde 2014 es productora ejecutiva y directora de películas documentales para cine y TV en la empresa que fundó, The Big Story Films. Ha escrito dos novelas de ficción y dos ensayos, y habla cinco idiomas. Estudió Ciencias de la Comunicación (Bellaterra, AB); un master en International Security Studies (Reading, UK), y otro de Estudios para La Paz de la Cátedra UNESCO de Filosofía par La Paz (Castellón, UJI). Speaker habitual sobre motivación personal, geopolítica y resolución de conflictos, escritora y documentalista.
