Russian Oil Tanker Docks in Cuba, First Shipment Since January
Cuba has been deeply dependent on oil supplies from Venezuela.But there's been a strict oil embargo since that U-S operation in Venezuela.
The island has faced repeated power blackouts due to fuel shortages.
Now, a Russian tanker carrying 100-thousand metric tons of crude oil has arrived in Cuba.
It's the first shipment of oil is the first to reach Havana that U-S imposed blockade began in January.
