JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Mantan Menteri Kesehatan Masoud Pezeshkian memenangkan pemilihan presiden putaran kedua di Iran.
Dilansir dari CCTV/AP menuliskan Juru Bicara Kantor Pusat Pemilu Iran, Mohsen Eslami sampaikan Pezeshkian memperoleh 16.384.402 dari total 30.573.931 suara pada putaran kedua.
Masoud Pezeshkian Lahir pada bulan September 1954, yang memiliki latar belakang luas di bidang kedokteran sebagai ahli bedah jantung.
Pemilihan presiden ke-14 Iran, yang awalnya dijadwalkan pada tahun 2025, diundur setelah kematian mendadak Presiden Ebrahim Raisi dan rombongannya dalam kecelakaan helikopter pada 19 Mei.
