Kontroversi Perkap Penyerangan Polisi, Koalisi Sipil: Perkap Penyerangan Polri Ancam HAM
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Terkait dengan demonstrasi di akhir Agustus yang menyeret sejumlah aktivis, Koalisi Masyarakat Sipil melalui Perhimpunan Bantuan Hukum dan HAM (PBHI) kembali merespons kebijakan Polri yang dituangkan dalam Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 4 Tahun 2025 tentang Penindakan Aksi Penyerangan terhadap Polri.Ketua PBHI, Julius Ibrani, bilang bahwa Peraturan Kapolri ini justru mengancam perlindungan hak asasi manusia, bertolak belakang dengan pembentukan Tim Reformasi Polri.
Julius mengatakan bahwa dalam Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 4 masih ada aturan yang multitafsir, sehingga berpotensi membuat orang yang tidak bersalah dikriminalisasi.
