KPK Pastikan Barang Hasto yang Disita Dikembalikan Jika Tak Terkait Kasus Harun Masiku
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Juru bicara KPK Tessa Mahardika memastikan barang-barang Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto yang disita oleh penyidik dalam kasus Harun Masiku masih diperlukan dalam proses penyidikan.Tessa bilang jika dalam penyidikan barang sitaan ternyata tidak berkaitan dengan dugaan kasus korupsi, maka akan segera dikembalikan kepada pemiliknya.
"Kalau seandainya tidak ada kaitannya dan dinilai penyidik tidak ada hubungannya dengan perkara yang sedang ditangani, tentunya barang bukti tersebut dapat dikembalikan," ujar Tessa ditemui di Jakarta, pada Minggu (7/7/2024).
Sebelumnya, KPK menyita sejumlah barang milik Sekjen PDI Perjuangan Hasto Kristiyanto dan asistennya Kusnadi seperti telepon genggam hingga buku tabungan saat diperiksa sebagai saksi kasus dugaan korupsi pergantian antar waktu anggota DPR dengan tersangka Harun Masiku.
