Потом поправился, что все-таки встреча будет на Аляске. Президент США заявил, что встреча с кремлевским вождем будет пробной и он якобы попытается вернуть какие-то потерянные территории Украины. По мнению Трампа, он сможет в течение первых двух минут определить, можно ли заключать соглашение с Путиным. Также политик уточнил, что не собирается заключать соглашение между Россией и Украиной, потому что это "не зависит от него". И что его беспокоит тот факт, что Владимир Зеленский нуждается в конституционном одобрении на обмен территориями. По мнению Трампа, 88% украинцев якобы хотят мирного соглашения. А еще президент США вспомнил о войнах Москвы с Наполуэном и Гитлером и заявил, что в 2022 году якобы россияне могли быть в Киеве за 4 часа, если бы ехали по шоссе, а не через сельскую местность.
