Rendimiento: 8-10 Galletas Grandes (o 15 galletas de 15 ml)
Ingredientes:
4 cdas de aceite de coco o mantequilla
2 cdas de endulzante (usé panela, pero puedes usar tu preferido con o sin calorías)
150 g de harina saludable (usé harina de avena + 1 cdita de polvo de hornear y canela al gusto)
100 g de manzana picada en cuadritos
2 cdas de leche vegetal (agrega un chorrito extra solo si tu masa lo requiere)
