A Ignoto X, Pasquale Linarello, genetista forense e consulente della difesa che ha individuato quelle controanalisi, commenta le parole di Luciano Garofano. L’ex comandante del RIS di Parma avrebbe infatti dichiarato che “il risultato negativo non intaccava la positività”. Per Linarello, invece, tutti i dati avrebbero dovuto essere discussi anche con i consulenti di parte, garantendo così il contraddittorio.Il genetista precisa che gli esiti del 20 settembre non annullerebbero automaticamente quello positivo del giorno precedente, ma sollerebbero piuttosto dubbi sul procedimento analitico, richiedendo dunque ulteriori verifiche, anche per escludere eventuali contaminazioni.
