Dari enam orang yang ditangkap, saat ini tiga orang di antaranya sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini.
Demikian disampaikan Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi dalam keterangannya, Minggu (6/7/2025).
Ade Ary menuturkan bahwa keenam orang ini masih diperiksa secara intensif oleh tim Subdit Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
Pihak kepolisian juga telah melakukan gelar perkara untuk menentukan status hukum tiga orang lainnya.
Adapun dalam hal ini, ketiga orang lainnya diduga melakukan pertolongan jahat atau penadahan.
Diketahui, jasad Syarifah Sidah Alatas, notaris asal Bogor ditemukan di Sungai Citarum, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Kamis (3/7/2025).
Korban sebelumnya sempat dinyatakan hilang sejak Selasa (1/7/2025).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi AKBP Agta Bhuwana Putra menuturkan pihaknya masih menunggu hasil otopsi.
Menurutnya, jasad itu ditemukan dalam kondisi tak wajar terikat.
Setelah proses otopsi, kemudian jenazah dibawa oleh pihak keluarga untuk dimakamkan.
Suasana pemakaman Syarifah Sidah Alatas, notaris Bogor yang ditemukan tewas di Bekasi berlangsung secara haru.
Sidah Alatas dimakamkan di Pemakaman Wakaf Los 1898, Kelurahan Empang, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor.
