Sie stehen exemplarisch für unterschiedliche Konzepte, die wirtschaftliche Lage und Zukunftsstrategien der Branche. Die Kamera begleitet die Gastronomen jeweils vom Einkauf der Waren am Morgen bis zur Bewirtung der Gäste.
