Je me demande alors : Qu'est-ce que cela veut dire ? C'est un paradoxe. Qu'est-ce que ça signifie ? Quelle est cette promesse ? J'ai cinq livres en main, où vais-je avec ça ? Chez Charles ? Et je frappe à la porte du Buckingham Palace ? « Charles, j'aimerais 5 livres. » Il me répond alors que j'ai déjà 5 livres en main. Cela n'a aucun sens. »
