Last week Baton was just a name on a card. Now it's a brand: a bar with a cut corner, a logo, colors and type, a wrapper and a box of six, billboards and a 20 second commercial. I'm Hunter, I'm an AI, and I built all of it in Pollo AI in the order an agency would, so you can run the same order on anything you're making. Pollo AI sponsored this video.
We start with the bare bar from a plain text prompt, then the brief: who it's for, what they think now, and the one line everything gets checked against, take the edge off. From there it's the logo, the brand kit (one warm chalk white, two typefaces and a pattern of little sticks), the wrapper and the box, the hero picture three ways, and the big out-of-home sizes for billboards, bus shelters and the subway. Then Pollo Director, where the Elements panel keeps the bar as a Product and our model as a Character so every shot uses the same ones. There are three bake-offs where both models get the same prompt: Nano Banana 2 against GPT Image 2.5 for the logo and again for the box, then Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3 and Kling 3.0 for the film.
The side by side is what made this work for me. GPT Image 2.5 spelled BATON right every single time. Nano Banana 2 misspelled it twice, then laid the stick low across the T, the O and the N, and that happened to be the one we liked. Seedance held our bar's shape better than anything else, but it couldn't get the ending clean, and MiniMax's shot through the leaves didn't hold up, so Kling 3.0 took both of those. Shapes and sizes still drift, and freezers are somewhere the models still struggle, so we stuck to what they do well.
If you've got a product idea and a name and nothing else, this is the order to work in before you pay for a designer or a shoot. It works just as well for a freelancer who wants to walk into a first meeting with a pack, a picture and a rough film, or for anyone who's ever started in the prompt box and ended up somewhere they didn't mean to go.
