Un problema quello degli stipendi bassi che ha radici profonde e deriva da due principali fattori, enumerati dal Professor #Rinaldi:
"Il fatto è che purtroppo siamo ancora nelle mani di moltissime multinazionali, che sfruttano una globalizzazione senza regole da più di 30 anni. Questo permette a pochi soggetti estremamente forti, queste multinazionali, di poter fare il bello e il cattivo tempo senza pagare le tasse; questo è il vero problema. Ci vorrebbe una norma semplicissima, utile a fare in modo che se tu operi in un Paese, in Italia, e vendi dalle cannucce, fino alle scarpe o fino a quello che ti pare a te, devi pagare esattamente le tasse che pagano tutti quanti i commercianti in Italia"
