On his tenth studio album ‘Vida Cotidiana’ the singer-songwriter reflects on life’s daily drama. It’s one of his most personal projects, and it also sees the star return to his roots. “I just had the feeling that I needed to go back to my essence 100 percent,” Juanes told Rolling Stone. “Rock music has always been, and will always be very important for me, but also all sounds from Colombia and Latin America, like folk music in general. I think this album has these two different worlds in one.” ‘Vida Cotidiana’ certainly made a dent, taking home the Latin GRAMMY for Best Rock or Alternative Album. Juanes swung by Vevo’s L.A. studios to perform a special acoustic version of "Ojalá."
