Italo Bocchino ha commentato in maniera ironica le dichiarazioni di Marco Travaglio sulla riforma della giustizia, intervenendo durante la manifestazione a Milano per il Sì. “Ci ha fatto un buon assist alla campagna per il Sì — ha detto Bocchino — Travaglio sostiene che le 30.000 persone risarcite dallo Stato per ingiusta detenzione non debbano subire conseguenze per il giudice che ha commesso l’errore. Perfetto per il Sì”.Bocchino ha citato casi concreti: “Alla manifestazione di Milano è stato portato un caso di un giudice che ha lasciato due anni e mezzo in carcere una persona che avrebbe dovuto scarcerare. Lo Stato ha dovuto pagare 600.000€. In un altro caso, per venti anni di ingiusta detenzione, il risarcimento è stato di 6 milioni di euro.
