Così il sindaco di Milano, Giuseppe Sala, a margine della presentazione del progetto WeMi Scuola, commentando la proposta del Pd sotto forma di emendamento alla Legge di Bilancio per una sovraimposta comunale sull'imposta sostitutiva pagata dai milionari che hanno trasferito la residenza in Italia. "Dico che bisogna pensare alla creazione della ricchezza e poi alla distribuzione della ricchezza - ha sottolineato poi - . Però, non sono certamente concettualmente contrario a ripensare a questo valore che oggi è arrivato a 300mila euro, che per noi normali sono un'enormità, ma per tanti costituiscono ancora un grande beneficio fiscale".
