KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Joko Widodo menandatangani Peraturan Presiden Nomor 75 Tahun 2024, tentang percepatan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara, atau IKN.Dalam Perpres tersebut, investor IKN bisa mendapat izin hak guna usaha 190 tahun.
Indef mengkritisi, pemberian izin HGU hampir dua abad itu tak sesuai prinsip keadilan, dan belum tentu efektif datangkan investor.
