Sondern still, tief in dir, für dich allein.In dieser Imagination lade ich dich ein, einen heiligen Moment mit dir selbst zu verbringen. Was möchtest du dir versprechen? Dass du auf dich achtest? Dass du dich nicht mehr klein machst? Dass du deine Grenzen spürst und sie auch vertrittst?
Du wirst in dieser geführten Reise deinem eigenen Herzen begegnen und ihm ein stilles, ehrliches Wort geben. Ein Wort, das trägt. Ein Versprechen, das dich in schwierigen Zeiten halten kann. Du brauchst nichts zu erzwingen, nur zuzuhören, was in dir wirklich wichtig ist.
Diese Übung ist ein Geschenk an dich selbst. Ein kleiner, aber tiefer Schritt zu mehr Selbstvertrauen, Klarheit und innerer Verbundenheit.
