Operasi dilakukan pada kaki kiri yang mengalami cedera saat masih bertugas sebagai prajurit TNI.
Lewat unggahan di Instagram pada Minggu (30/6/2024), Prabowo mengatakan operasi berjalan lancar seminggu yang lalu.
Ia mengucapkan terima kasih kepada tim dokter yang sudah berhasil mengoperasi kaki kirinya.
Prabowo sadar tindakan medis yang dijalaninya penuh dengan risiko dan pertaruhan nyawa.
Namun, ia menekankan bahwa hal tersebut dilakukan demi bangsa dan negara.
"Saya sadar dan paham bahwa tindakan medis yang saya jalani penuh dengan resiko dan pertaruhan nyawa, saya yakinkan diri bahwa semua ini untuk Negara dan Bangsa," tulis Prabowo di Instagram, Minggu (30/6/2024)
Prabowo juga menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Presiden Jokowi yang sudah menjenguk.
Dirinya optimis, kondisi yang sehat akan semakin membuat dirinya siap mengabdi untuk rakyat Indonesia.
Adapun Prabowo didampingi sang anak saat dijenguk oleh Presiden Jokowi.
Terlihat pula sang ajudan Mayor Teddy yang senantiasa menemani Menteri Pertahanan tersebut.
