Lunch nanti rasa nak makan masakan melayu lah baru ngam😋 Kalau buat menu ni min confirm jamin yang korang bertambah-tambah nasi tau😜Bahan-bahan
- 500g pucuk paku
- 2 cawan santan
- 10 ekor udang
- 4 biji bawang merah
- 5 tangkai cili padi
- 1 inci kunyit hidup
- 3 sudu besar udang kering
- Garam
- Gula
- Air
- Minyak
Cara membuat
1. Mula-mula kisarkan bawang merah bersama cili padi dan udang kering serta air. Kisar sehingga halus
2. Kemudian panaskan minyak tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga naik bau
3. Masukkan santan, air, pucuk paku, udang, garam dan gula.
4. Masak sehingga mendidih
