Die meisten von uns verbringen ihr Leben mit schlafen, essen, arbeiten und mit dem, was wir Hobbys nennen. Genau deshalb sind Hobbys ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Alltags. Wie wichtig dieser Teil wirklich ist und warum er oft unterschätzt wird, schauen wir uns in diesem Video genauer an.

Wir sprechen darüber, was ein Hobby eigentlich ausmacht, warum es so entscheidend für unseren Charakter und unseren inneren Ausgleich ist. Wir arbeiten uns durch den Sumpf an Monetarisierungen und Leistungsdruck und machen uns außerdem gemeinsam auf die Suche nach neuen Hobbys und stoßen dabei nicht nur auf wirklich skurrile Freizeitbeschäftigungen, sondern auch auf die Antwort darauf, was die moderne Zeit mit diesem so wichtigen Fundament unseres Lebens getan hat.
