O Jeep Avenger é produzido em Porto Real (RJ), da mesma fábrica de onde saem três modelos da Citroën: C3, Aircross e Basalt. O motivo é simples: o novo SUV dividirá a mesma plataforma com os “franceses”, a chamada CMP. Isso significa também que ele será o primeiro Jeep vendido no Brasil sem opção de tração 4×4.
