Polisi Tangkap Dua Terduga Simpatisan SYL yang Keroyok Jurnalis KompasTV
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Terkait kasus pengeroyokan terhadap jurnalis KompasTV, polisi telah menetapkan 2 orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini. Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal pengeroyokan dengan ancaman pidana hukuman maksimal 5 tahun 6 bulan.Dua orang yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yakni MNM 54 tahun dan ES 49 tahun.
Keduanya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka per tanggal 12 Juli lalu dan langsung ditahan keesokan harinya di Mapolda Metro Jaya.
Dari hasil pantauan barang bukti berupa CCTV, MNM diketahui memukul korban jurnalis KompasTV saat meliput sidang eks Mentan Syahrul Yasin Limpo di Pengadilan Tipikor.
Sedangkan ES menendang dan memukul korban serta kamera yang digunakan untuk meliput.
