Pegi mengaku selama dipenjara, ia diancam dan disiksa oleh penyidik.
Namun hingga saat ini Polri masih bungkam terkait pengakuan Pegi.
Belum ada tindak lanjut dari Polri terkait pengakuan penyiksaan tersebut.
Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko tidak menanggapi saat dikonfirmasi terkait pengakuan Pegi.
"Ya tentu sejauh ini, itu yang bisa kami sampaikan ya, yang kami dapat jelaskan," kata Brigjen Trunoyudo.
Brigjen Trunoyudo hanya menanggapi terkait putusan sidang praperadilan yang membebaskan Pegi.
Ia menyebut Polda Jabar sudah menerima salinan putusan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Bandung.
Brigjen Trunoyudo mengatakan, Polri menghargai keputusan pembebasan Pegi.
Menurutnya pihaknya bakal mencermati dan mempelajari apa yang menjadi putusan tersebut.
"Tentunya menghargai apa yang menjadi hasil keputusan tersebut. Tindak lanjutnya telah ditindaklanjuti ya, kemudian selanjutnya tentu mencermati dan kemudian mempelajari apa yang menjadi putusan tersebut," ujar dia. (Tribun-Video.com/Kompas.com)
