Rudy Ong Chandra (ROC) ditahan akibat dugaan tindak pidana korupsi berupa suap dalam pengurusan Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) di Kalimantan Timur periode 2013-2018.
"Untuk kebutuhan proses penyidikan, tim penyidik menahan tersangka ROC selama 20 hari pertama, terhitung sejak 22 Agustus hingga 10 September 2025 di Rutan Cabang Gedung Merah Putih KPK," ujar Plt Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, dalam konferensi pers di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, Senin (25/8/2025).
Penahan tersebut dilakukan setelah Rudy dijemput paksa oleh tim penyidik pada Kamis, 21 Agustus 2025 di wilayah Surabaya. (TribunVideo.com)
