«Не міг не знати»: судять організатора виставки зброї, прийшов брат загиблог
24 липня російська ракета вдарила по приватному полігону в селі Капітанівка на Київщині, де проходила виставка оборонних технологій «Критично захищено». Внаслідок удару загинули 11 людей, ще понад сто отримали поранення.Святошинський районний суд Києва обрав запобіжний захід керівнику Асоціації виробників безпілотних систем та супутніх технологій «Армада» Василю Гончаруку. За версією слідства, саме він організував захід без необхідних погоджень із державними та військовими органами та не забезпечив належних заходів безпеки після оголошення повітряної тривоги.
Захист називає підозру необґрунтованою і стверджує, що органи місцевого самоврядування були повідомлені про проведення виставки. Сам Гончарук у суді заявив, що співпрацює зі слідством, висловив співчуття родинам загиблих та просив обрати йому домашній арешт.
Суд відправив підозрюваного під варту на 60 діб без права внесення застави. Якщо його провину доведуть у суді, йому загрожує від п'яти до восьми років позбавлення волі.
