Transferring money between Chase and an external bank is simple once the outside account is already linked. In this video, I walk through how to open Pay and Transfer, tap Transfer, enter the amount, choose where the money is coming from, choose where the money is going, and schedule the transfer inside the Chase app.

I also explain the difference between real-time and standard transfers, why real-time transfers are faster but cannot be canceled, why standard transfers are safer for larger amounts, and why this feature is meant only for moving money between your own bank accounts.
