Monotributo - ¿Qué pasa si me excluyen?

La exclusión del monotributo se produce cuando dejás de cumplir alguna de las condiciones establecidas para permanecer en el régimen simplificado. Esto puede ocurrir, por ejemplo, si superás los límites de facturación permitidos o se detectan otras causales de exclusión.

📌 ¿Qué sucede si quedás excluido del monotributo?

👉 Deberás incorporarte al Régimen General e inscribirte en los impuestos que correspondan según tu actividad.

👉 Tendrás que cumplir con las obligaciones de facturación, presentación de declaraciones juradas y pago de impuestos correspondientes.

👉 No podrás volver al monotributo hasta que transcurra el plazo establecido para el reingreso, salvo las excepciones previstas.

ℹ️ Si ARCA determina tu exclusión de oficio, recibirás una notificación. En caso de disconformidad, podrás presentar un recurso a través del servicio con clave fiscal “Presentaciones Digitales”, de acuerdo con los plazos y procedimientos correspondientes.
