È il progetto annunciato da Europeisti.eu, il movimento politico co-fondato da Piercamillo Falasca, che gode dell'endorsement pubblico di Carlo #Calenda e Pina #Picierno.
Il testo, elaborato con un think tank con sede a #Bruxelles, sarà presentato il 7 novembre a Bologna e punta, nelle parole dello stesso Falasca, a spiegare «come riconoscere e contrastare disinformazione e misinformazione». Un'iniziativa che si inserisce in un fronte più ampio, tra lo Scudo europeo per la democrazia annunciato dalla Commissione Ue e il ddl "Scudo democratico" depositato al Senato da Azione.
