Flut von Klagen vor Gerichten: Lange KI-Texte statt Anwalt?
Mit Hilfe von KI eine Klage einreichen, um vor Gericht Recht zu bekommen? Auch wenn der KI die juristische Kompetenz fehlt, scheint es für viele Menschen ein verlockender und günstiger Weg zu sein. Allein an den Sozialgerichten in Baden-Württemberg haben sich die Eilanträge im ersten Halbjahr verdoppelt. Bernd Mutschler, Präsident des Landessozialgericht Baden-Württemberg, vermutet, dass künstliche Intelligenz dabei eine Rolle spielt. Denn die Texte sind oft auffallend lang. KI-Modelle formulieren in Sekunden mehrseitige Anträge und Klageschriften.Schon jetzt muss man auf das Urteil eines Sozialgerichts bis zu zwei Jahre warten. Bisher lag das vor allem am Personalmangel und unbesetzten Stellen. Künftig könnte künstliche Intelligenz für noch längere Verfahren verantwortlich sein. Wegen der Flut an Klagen werden die Sozialgerichte in Baden-Württemberg deshalb Ende des Jahres neue Richter einstellen.
