KOMPAS.TV - Badan Pangan Nasional atau Bapanas memperkirakan harga beras akan naik dalam dua hingga tiga bulan ke depan. Harga beras diprediksi akan naik karena produksi beras nasional nasional tahun ini turun signifikan di banding tahun lalu.Data neraca produksi dan konsumsi beras nasional menunjukkan, total produksi beras Januari-Juli 2024 sebesar 18,64 juta ton.
Jumlah ini lebih rendah, 2,47 juta ton dibanding produksi beras periode yang sama di tahun 2023, yang mencapai 21,11 juta ton.
