The biggest strength of Arc Warlock is that it has great synergy with pretty much every exotic that was made for the subclass. So no matter what your preference is, it'll probably be successful and feel good to play. Stormdancer's Brace, Fallen Sunstar, Geomags, Crown of Tempest, Vesper's Radius (when not bugged), Verity's Brow, and even others are all are viable and worthwhile options depending on exactly what you want to focus on.

As for the title of "The Best Arc Warlock Build", I think for general play and content similar to this, this holds up to that. Electrostatic Mind isn't needed at all for the regen, and having both Arc Souls and Ionic Sentry is a huge benefit to the build. You might want to change Spark of Beacons for Spark of Resistance for the extra damage resist, but if you don't need it then it's fine without.

Stormdancer's Brace has been an amazing exotic since last season, both with how much it boosters the damage of Stormtrance and the extra benefits for even more Bolt Charges. But as I said above, any exotic will work. 4pc Luminopotent seems like the natural choice.

The Tablet of Ruin is also perfect for arc builds now, as it gives you access to even more healing which is something that arc kind of misses without it. And if you build into the Strand-side just a little bit, you get even more passive damage from Horde Shuttle and To Shreds, while also giving you Woven Mail hotspots. It's hard to beat.

As for the weapons themselves, this is where things are also very interchangeable. Riskrunner feels great in activities that have a lot of incoming arc damage, but less so in others. So you could swap that out for either another exotic like Lodestar or Symmetry (it's actually pretty good these days), or if you want to free up your exotic for another slot, any arc primary with Jolting Feedback will compliment it nicely. Make sure to use the Synergy mod on the weapon for the extra ionic traces.

Having a strand primary is ideal for this setup as it's what allows you to get unravelling rounds and threadlings/woven mail from the artifact, which is a big boost to it overall. If you have a primary with slice then you can swap out unravelling rounds. The heavy weapon is again personal preference, I found the Seventh Seraph with Trickle Charge felt surprisingly good overall, but you can swap that for whatever want. I just wanted to use a reprised weapon there, but there's plenty of other viable options. Thunderlord, Anarchy or even Queenbreakers could probably fit it even better if you wanted an exotic.

Overall, the foundations of this build are extremely good, the artifact has made it even better now, and you can swap things around to fit the activity or your playstyle. This video was without any beneficial modifiers at all, just the base solo ultimate experience, so it can be boosted significantly.
