Kemenkes Bantah Dekan Unair Dipecat Instruksi Menteri hingga Datangkan 6.000 Dokter Asing

KOMPAS.TV - Kementerian Kesehatan membantah adanya instruksi dari Menteri Kesehatan, Budi Gunadi Sadikin untuk memberhentikan Dekan FK Unair sebagai buntut penolakan kedatangan dokter asing ke Indonesia.

Menurut Syahril, Universitas Airlangga tidak berada di bawah Koordinasi Kemenkes. Sehingga isu Menkes yang meminta Rektor Unair untuk memecat dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Unair adalah hoaks.

Sementara soal kedatangan 6.000 dokter asing, Syahril bilang dokter asing yang didatangkan Kemenkes merupakan tim dokter dari Arab Saudi yang bertugas di Rumah Sakit Adam Malik, Medan, Sumatera Utara. Tim dokter ini, melakukan operasi jantung kompleks terhadap 30 anak, secara gratis.
