Adapun berkas perkara tahap satu untuk tersangka Pegi Setiawan alias Perong telah dilimpahkan penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Jabar ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jabar.
Pelimpahan dilakukan pada Kamis (21/6/2024) lalu.
Penyidik hanya melimpahkan satu berkas tebal berjilid merah.
Berkas tersebut diterima oleh petugas Kejati bagian Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP).
Dirkrimum Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Surawan mengatakan, dalam berkas tersebut Pegi dijerat dengan pasal 340.
Pihaknya mengatakan, Pegi dijerat Undang-Undang Pasal 340 KUHP Jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP dan pasal 81 ayat (1) UU RI No. 35 tahun 2014.
Yakni tentang perubahan atas UU RI No. 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak Jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana mati, seumur hidup dan paling lama 20 tahun.
Sebelumnya, Jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jabar, bakal melakukan penelitian selama dua pekan.
Yakni terhadap berkas perkara tahap satu Pegi Setiawan alias Perong yang dilimpahkan Polda Jabar.
Menurutnya, dalam perkara ini total ada enam jaksa penuntut umum yang akan melakukan penelitian terhadap berkas Pegi Setiawan.
Setelah dilakukan penelitian, dikatakan olehnya, Jaksa penuntut umum akan menentukan sikap.
Terkait apakah berkas tersebut sudah lengkap atau harus dilengkapi oleh penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Jabar.
