KOMPAS.TV - KPU Resmi Membatalkan Keputusan KPU Nomor 731 Tahun 2025: Tentang Penetapan Dokumen Persyaratan Pasangan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden sebagai Informasi Publik yang Dikecualikan KPU

Ketua KPU, Mochammad Afifuddin, mengakui menerima banyak masukan hingga kritik dari publik, terkait keputusan yang pihaknya ambil.

Hingga akhirnya, KPU memutuskan membatalkan keputusannya yang menutup 16 dokumen syarat pendaftaran capres dan cawapres sebagai informasi yang tidak bisa dibuka untuk publik.

Merespons keputusan KPU tersebut, Wakil Ketua Komisi II, Dede Yusuf, tak setuju jika ijazah capres dan cawapres dirahasiakan. Menurutnya, informasi pribadi yang tak boleh dibagikan kepada publik adalah catatan kesehatan.

Namun menurut Dede, dokumen seperti ijazah seharusnya dapat dibuka pada publik.

Komisi II juga janji akan minta klarifikasi pada KPU.
