In this video, I discuss how Strategy's favorite preferred (STRC) is currently being priced at junk levels. Strategy has had to repeatedly raise the dividend, even as interest rates have fallen over the past 6 months, in order to keep STRC close to $100.
In other words, the credit spread has widened, indicating that both STRC and MSTR have become much riskier (MSTR is junior in the capital structure to STRC).
