Nel corso di un intervento sul tema della cosiddetta “remigrazione”, il giurista Gustavo Zagrebelsky ha illustrato i limiti costituzionali di eventuali ipotesi di revoca della cittadinanza, richiamando i principi della Costituzione italiana.Zagrebelsky ha spiegato che la cittadinanza non può essere revocata per motivi politici e ha ricordato come queste tutele nascano anche dalla reazione alle persecuzioni del periodo fascista.
