Pemda Halmahera Utara Laporkan Balik Massa Demo yang Dibubarkan Pakai Sajam
MALUT, KOMPAS.TV - Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara telah melaporkan Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia (GMKI) yang telah melaporkan Bupati Fransi Manery ke polisi.Pemda Halmahera utara mempolisikan GMKI Cabang Tobelo, yang melakukan aksi unjuk rasa di Rumah Dinas Bupati Frans Maney pada Jumat (31/06/2024) lalu.
Sementara terkait laporan pihak GMKI, Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara menyerahkan proses hukum pada pihak kepolisian atas pelaporan GMKI terhadap Bupati Frans Manery.
Pemda telah membentuk tim hukum untuk pendampingan hukum pada Bupati Frans Maney atas laporan yang dilayang oleh GMKI Cabang Tobelo.
