Nueva York ya tiene un nuevo alcalde del ala progresista del partido Demócrata: Zohran Mamdani, quien ha lanzado el siguiente mensaje a Donald Trump: “Nueva York seguirá siendo una ciudad de inmigrantes… y desde esta noche la gobierna un inmigrante”. Con esta declaración, marca un claro rechazo a la política migratoria del presidente. Por otro lado, El ministro de Defensa ruso ha propuesto a Putin empezar los preparativos para realizar ensayos nucleares. Aquí en Europa, Zelenski ha afirmado en una entrevista exclusiva con Euronews que el futuro de Ucrania está en la Unión Europea. El presidente ucraniano señaló que su país podría incorporarse al bloque comunitario antes de 2030, aunque ha insistido en que esa adhesión debe “ser de pleno derecho” y llegar tras el fin de la guerra contra Rusia. Asimismo, ha pedido que la UE mantenga la presión sobre Moscú.
