새조개, 가리비, 키조개 관자, 전복, 개불, 낙지까지 다양하게 준비했고
노은수산시장에서 깔끔하게 손질까지 해주셔서
집에서도 정말 편하고 맛있게 즐길 수 있었어요
해물은 종류마다 식감도 다르고
씹을수록 느껴지는 맛의 결도 전부 달라서
천천히 하나씩 먹으면서 비교해보는 재미가 있는 것 같아요.
저는 고기류보다 해물을 더 좋아하는 편이라
먹는 내내 괜히 더 행복해지더라고요
소주도 한 잔 곁들였는데
해물이랑 같이 먹으니까 소주가 달달하게 넘어가는게
역시 소주 안주로는 해물이 최고네요!
