Tak Terima Tas dan HP-nya Disita, Hasto Laporkan Penyidik ke Dewas KPK
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Tim hukum Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto melaporkan penyidik KPK yang menyita ponsel dan tas Hasto kepada Dewas KPK.Anggota tim hukum Hasto, Ronny Talapessy menyebut penyitaan tidak sesuai aturan.
Ronny menjelaskan, proses penggeledahan dan penyitaan barang milik Hasto dari stafnya, Kusnadi dilakukan secara ugal-ugalan dan melanggar pasal 39 KUHP tentang penyitaan.
Ronny menuding, KPK memiliki agenda politik karena memaksakan penyitaan buku agenda Hasto yang berisi strategi dan pemetaan partai pada Pilkada 2024 mendatang.
KPK memeriksa Hasto sebagai saksi untuk melacak keberadaan Harun Masiku yang buron sejak 29 Januari 2020 dalam kasus suap pergantian antar-waktu caleg Pemilu 2019.
Ketua sementara KPK Nawawi Pomolango mengeklaim penyitaan ponsel sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto merupakan bagian dari upaya pencarian Harun Masiku.
Nawawi menyebut, penyitaan ponsel dan tas milik Hasto merupakan upaya hukum dan tidak terkait politik.
