IPW Sebut Pengungkapan Kasus Vina dan Eky Sudah Rusak Sejak 'Lahir'

Yakni, Pengadilan Negeri Bandung memutus pra-pradilan yang diajukan Pegi Setiawan atas penetapan tersangka oleh Polda Jawa Barat.
Menurutnya, Hakim harus menunjukan bahwa adanya prosedur yang tidak sesuai dalam penetapan tersangka Pegi.
Sugeng mengatakan, pengungkapan perkara tewasnya Vina dan Eky pada 2016 silam sudah rusak sejak awal.
Menurutnya, terjadi pelanggaran prosedur serta pelanggaran hak asasi manusia, lantaran terduga pelaku dianiaya.
Selain itu, ia turut mempermasalahkan penangkapan para terduga pelaku, yakni Iptu Rudiana selaku ayah Eky.
Pasalnya menurut Sugeng, sesuai aturan dan kewenangan, sebelum melakukan penangkapan, harus dilakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) hingga meminta keterangan sejumlah saksi.
"Nah, waktu menangkap pertanyaannya, dasarnya apa? Perasaan kah, nujum, ilham dari dukun atau memang Rudiana sebagai polisi punya kemampuan mendeteksi keberadaan pelaku. Tetapi itu semua kan tidak boleh. Harus tetap prosedur. Jadi tadi sidik olah TKP visum etripertum kemudian meminta keterangan saksi-saksi," papar Sugeng.
