La #BancaCentrale Europea non alza i #tassi di interesse, confermati al 2% sul deposito principale dopo l’ultima decisione del 18 marzo, ma per chi ha un #mutuo a tasso variabile la rata di aprile potrebbe gonfiarsi comunque di quasi 10 euro. Il motivo? Non è Francoforte, ma l’Euribor, l’indice interbancario che lega le variabili al mercato, salito di 15 punti base tra fine febbraio e metà marzo per le tensioni in Medio Oriente.

L’Euribor a tre mesi, riferimento principe per oltre un milione di mutui italiani variabili, ha toccato il 2,135% il 25 marzo, in rialzo rispetto alle settimane scorse. Facile.it, nel suo ultimo studio sull’andamento delle rate, spiega che questo balzo – legato allo scoppio del conflitto in Iran e ai timori di shock energetici – si traduce in un rincaro immediato: per un mutuo standard da 100mila euro su 20 anni, sono circa 10 euro in più già dal prossimo pagamento. “Nonostante i tassi BCE fermi, l’Euribor reagisce ai mercati globali e alle guerre”, nota l’analisi del comparatore, che prevede ulteriori pressioni: a giugno potrebbe sfiorare il 2,3%, con rate su del 30 euro entro fine anno.

Lo studio di Facile.it evidenzia come dal 27 febbraio al 16 marzo l’indice sia rimbalzato proprio per le escalation in Iran, indipendentemente dalle mosse della BCE che resta cauta con inflazione sotto il 2% e crescita anemica nell’Eurozona. In un anno, la quota di richieste per mutui variabili è salita al 9%, attirati dai tassi bassi post-tagli BCE, ma ora il vento gira: le surroghe calano dal 31% al 21%, con gli italiani che tornano al fisso per paura. “Un mutuo variabile standard vede la rata salire di 10 euro ad aprile, ma il vero rischio è cumulativo”, avverte Andrea Polo, direttore della comunicazione.
