Ama bu değişim ne bir patlamayla başladı ne de kameraların önünde yaşanıyor. Sessiz, derin ve sistemin en hassas noktasında ilerliyor. 12 gün süren çatışma sona erdi. Füzeler durdu, sirenler sustu. Yıllardır konuşulan istihbarat zafiyeti, ilk kez bir beka meselesine dönüştü. Paralel yapılar, çift başlı kurumlar ve ideolojik refleksler; kriz anında kaos üretti. İşte tam bu noktada İran, 40 yıllık ezberini bozmak zorunda kaldı. Dağınık istihbarat mimarisi sorgulanmaya başlandı. Bugün Tahran’da istihbarat yapısı yeniden inşa ediliyor. Kurumlar tek çatı altında toplanıyor. İdeolojinin yerini teknik akıl, parçalı reflekslerin yerini merkezi komuta alıyor. Peki bu dönüşüm İran’ı gerçekten daha güvenli mi yapacak? İran istihbaratı neden şimdi yeniden şekilleniyor? Ve bu sessiz dönüşüm, bölge dengelerini nasıl etkileyecek?
