In Berlin haben Sicherheitskreise Hinweise auf geplante Anschläge durch Linksextremisten in wohlhabenden Stadtvierteln bekannt gemacht. Hintergrund sei die ideologische Überzeugung, Reiche trügen die Schuld am Niedergang der Welt. Der Autor Hasnaim Kazim warnte im Gespräch bei Meinung am Mittag, dass das Problem weitaus größer sei und nicht allein auf diesen Fall beschränkt bleibe.Er betonte, politische Ungleichheit dürfe niemals mit Gewalt beantwortet werden. Zwar gebe es in jeder Gesellschaft soziale Spannungen, doch demokratische Mittel wie Steuern, Umverteilung und Demonstrationen seien der richtige Weg. Gewalt dürfe ausschließlich beim Staat als Gewaltmonopol liegen.
Besonders kritisch sieht Kazim die wachsende gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz für Gewalt – ob von Rechts-, Links- oder Islamisten. Er verwies auf frühere Attacken bei Demonstrationen sowie auf den Fall der Linksextremistin Maja T., die wegen eines brutalen Angriffs in Ungarn inhaftiert ist. Dass sich politische Kreise für solche Täterinnen einsetzten, sende ein falsches Signal, so Kazim.
